Eligibility: Plans are open to non-U.S. citizens, ages 14 to 64, who are temporarily located outside of their home country as non-resident aliens and engaged in full-time international education. Dependent coverage is not available, and online courses are not eligible.
Premiums: Premiums are based on age, ranging from $62/month to $647/month.
How to Apply: Complete the enrollment form found on the website. Eligible participants may enroll prior to departure from their home country, within 31 days of matriculation/registration. The coverage may be purchased to cover any period of time, in full month increments, up to 12 months.

Eligibility: HealthCare International is designed to provide insurance coverage and assistance benefits to persons who will be outside their home country for six (6) months or longer. The minimum age is 15 and the maximum age is 70.
Premiums: Premiums are based on age and home country, ranging from $98/month to $510/month.
How to Apply: Refer to the Premium Schedule and select your area from the Area tables. Then determine your monthly premium depending on your age. Complete the entire application and send it to the Administrator. You can make a payment by check or by credit card.
