The Los Angeles Film School Makes Filmmaker Magazine’s 2023 Film School Guide

The Los Angeles (L.A.) Film School was included in FILMMAKER Magazine’s 2023 Film School Guide. Produced annually, the Film School Guide highlights the nation’s top public and private film schools, providing its readers with pertinent information including admissions deadlines, degree programs and notable alumni.
This year’s guide showcases The L.A. Film School’s film program, which includes both undergraduate and associate degrees. Benefits for students include access to experienced faculty with connections in the film industry, partnerships with virtual production studios for access to real-time processes, and a robust speaker program featuring guests who are affiliated with top industry companies including HBO Max, Hulu, and Sundance Film Festival. The L.A. Film School, located in Hollywood, first opened its doors in 1999. Since then, the accredited school has developed an extensive catalog of programs that allow students to study almost anything in the entertainment industry. Film School students can study Animation, Audio Production, Digital Filmmaking, Entertainment Business, Film Production, Graphic Design, Media Communications, Writing for Film and TV, and Music Production.
