Grads Win At 2015 Emmy Awards
What an incredible year for our grads, and for television! We are proud of their work at the 67th Emmy Awards!
The Los Angeles Film School would like to congratulate all of our graduates who worked on Emmy-nominated and Emmy-winning shows this season. Our graduates’ shows had 33 nominations and 3 wins combined at the 67th Annual Emmy Awards.
Alumni working on nominated programs included Grant Culwell (Last Man on Earth), Keith Del Mar (The Taste), Amanda Treys (East Los High), Luigi Cortez (East Los High) and Pierluigi Malavasi (The American Revolution). Neiko Nagy was nominated for Outstanding Visual Effects Supporting for his work on Marvel’s Daredevil and Joey Maloney was up for Outstanding Sports Feature for NFL Up!
We had 3 graduates working on Emmy Award winning shows. On The Voice, which won for Outstanding Reality Competition Program, Trever James was the Supervising Casting Editor and fellow alum, Michael Plummer was a Casting Editor. LA Film grad, Sam Kramer, worked as an Art Director for Modern Family, which also took home a statue.
Congratulations again to everyone for their red carpet night!
