The Los Angeles Film School Featured In Red Carpet Report!
Noah Oppenheim, screenwriter of Jackie, shared advice with students and grads
Our partnership with Jeff Goldsmith, producer of The Q&A with Jeff Goldsmith, has led to a variety of riveting Q&A’s, featuring the writers of such films as Birdman, The Martian, and Guardians of the Galaxy. In the first week of January, we invited Noah Oppenheim, screenwriter of the critically acclaimed biopic, Jackie, to discuss the process of writing the film. Jackie, starring Natalie Portman in the titular role, chronicles the harrowing moments immediately following the assassination of President John F. Kennedy on November 22nd, 1963. With brilliant performances by the film’s leads, stunning cinematography, and an intimate look into the courage of First Lady Jackie Kennedy, Jackie is a spellbinding historical drama not to be missed. Popular web publication Red Carpet Report featured the event on their site, and you can read more about the Q&A, as well as inspired comments by Oppenheim by visiting their article here.
