Join us for an interactive wellness workshop designed to help students and staff navigate the challenges posed by the extreme wildfires affecting Los Angeles. This session will include:
- A crucial update from the head of security on current city conditions, school decisions, and strategies for personal safety and preparedness.
- Practical strategies to process stress and grief while reframing thoughts for resilience.
- Breakout group discussions to foster connection, mutual support, and community building.
Together, we will explore ways to manage emotions, strengthen well-being, and support one another through this difficult time.
