Career Development Presents: Crafting Worlds- The Art of Modeling for Games and Cinematics

Join us for an exciting session with Juan Nuno, the principal artist at Respawn Entertainment, as he delves into the fascinating world of game modeling. With a stellar background that includes working on APEX Legends and League of Legends at Riot Games, as well as creating cinematic masterpieces for titles like Borderlands 2 and Batman Arkham Origins at Digital Domain, Juan brings a wealth of experience and insider knowledge. Discover how modeling for interactive, real-time environments in games differs from the high detail demands of film, and learn how to think about producing assets for both mediums. Juan's journey includes building Riot Games' in-house cinematics team from scratch, growing it from 3 to 40 members, and developing efficient pipelines for high-end renders. Don't miss this opportunity to gain insights from a leading industry expert who has shaped some of the most iconic gaming and cinematic experiences!
