Veteran Convos: Emotional Wellness

The next Veteran Convos will be held on Tuesday, August 16th, 2022 at 12:00pm PDT. Emotional Wellness is the ability to successfully handle life's stresses and adapt to change and difficult times. During August's Veteran Convos, we will engage in fun activities and discuss the obstacles to emotional wellness and how to overcome its occurrence. A licensed therapist, Randy Brown, will also join us to support and answer any questions that you may have.

Alan, a Military Veteran and LAFS alumni, will speak to his experience as a music coordinator in the television, film, and music industry. Sweded Film Club Meeting
