The third Sweded Film Club meeting will be on Tuesday April 12th at 7pm EST!
Sweded Films are recreations of existing movies with little to no budget, no special effects, and, often, hilarious acting. Bring some examples of your favorite short Sweded films and we can watch them together! We will also discuss our strategy for working together on our own short film.

The next Veteran Convos will be held on Tuesday, April 19th, 2022, at 12:00 P.M, Pacific Time. The topic will be "Spring Cleaning: Decluttering Your Mind." Mental clutter can be caused when we are stressed about something. We will discuss strategies that you can utilize to practice mindfulness, declutter your mind, and live in the moment. Therapist, Randy Brown, will also join us to support and answer any questions that you may have.

Have you considered a career in comics and graphic novels? Alumnus and career writer with more than a dozen titles, Rylend Grant, thinks you should! Rylend moderated this virtual panel discussion with creatives who have worked extensively in film/television AND found success in comics. The panel featured Melody Cooper (OMNI), David Avallone (Elvira Meets Vincent Price), Amanda Deibert (DC Super Hero Girls), and David Booher(Canto, Alien Bounty Hunter). As Hollywood becomes more and more Intellectual Property driven, the future belongs to those who create and control their own original ideas. Catch this discussion to learn how you can start doing just that, with all the skills you already have!
ARwall is on the cusp of creating a whole new world with LED Walls and the Unreal Engine. Event discussion will include their innovative approach to productions for The Jim Henson Company, NBC Universal and more, as well as how they created their own technology for use across the board from indie projects to big-scale corporate productions. You won’t want to miss this enlightening talk!

How about that Timbaland's famous baby sound effect in "Are You That Somebody" almost didn't happen? Also, LARS Alumni Ari Levine used egg crates and packing bubbles to create some of Bruno Mars' biggest hits.
In this interactive conversation, we chat with music producers and executives on how to utilize budget friendly, everyday household items, to use in your songs.

Anthony Esposito is a United States Marine Corps veteran, born and raised in Las Vegas Nevada. He received his Bachelor of Science in Entertainment Business from The Los Angeles Film School. and transitioned to New York Film Academy to obtain his Masters in Film Production. While in school, Anthony worked as a Production Manager for ARPA International Film Festival and started his own production company making movies and commercials. Eventually, he started interning at talent agencies, and started working full time for agencies after school. He put in the work, and over time, grew from an Intern to Agent's Assistant, to Jr. Agent, and then finally earning the title Talent Agent. He currently continues his career with ATB TALENT AGENCY.
