A six-time Emmy Award nominee, in 2010 Armstrong won the award for “Outstanding Reality Series” for “Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution.”

During the November Term's Veteran Convos, we discussed the meaning of toxicity, the signs of a toxic relationship, and how it impacts the individual on the receiving end. This term, we will be reflecting on our own behaviors and characteristics in a relationship. Do we possess toxic traits that affect our partner, friends, or family? A licensed therapist, Randy Brown, will also join us to support and answer any questions that you may have.
