Veteran Convos – Valentine’s Day: Practicing Self-Love

Self-care is vital in order to preserve a healthy mind and body, especially during Valentine's Day when the emphasis on relationships and love can be overwhelming. During February's Veteran Convos, we will discuss the obstacles to self-love and ways to implement this practice. A licensed therapist, Randy Brown, will also join us to support and answer any questions that you may have.

Ethan Hallowell is an entrepreneur and partnerships executive working at the intersection of entertainment, technology, sports, and more. Los Angeles Film School International alumna Giselle Dias – Brazilian Photographer and Creative Director

"The Power of Visual Storytelling: A Journey with Giselle: A hands-on workshop where students work with international alumna Giselle, to learn the art and techniques of visual storytelling in filmmaking and photography.  Giselle Dias specializes in fashion, beauty and fine art photography and loves curating selected artists visual content with her fashion, contemporary and poppy aesthetic. Dias, graduated in Film at the Los Angeles Film School and has worked in campaigns, music videos, fashion films, editorials and magazine covers. She is an advocate for women's rights and the LGBTQ+community, which translates into her work.

During the March Term's Veteran Convos, we will discuss strategies that you can utilize to declutter your mind and practice mindfulness and rejuvenation. Therapist, Randy Brown, will also join us to support and answer any questions that you may have.
