Discover how to make your own recording studio. In this course, students learn foundational acoustic and electronic concepts. Students then learn how to apply those concepts to a project and home studio environment. Topics include acoustic design, electrical wiring and sound enhancement techniques. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to identify key studio setups and apply them to a professional recording session.
DJ Production Skills
Learn to remix beats and produce interesting arrangements in the studio. In this course, students learn production techniques and skills used by the modern DJ/producer. Topics of study include matching tempo, beat patterns and song transitions. Upon completion of this course, students incorporate these mixing skills into their music to create beats that are ready for mainstream audiences.
